Each Thursday at 9:00 AM we meet in the parking lot of our building to walk for 30 minutes. Walk at your own pace. Enjoy the friendship and camaraderie of doing something healthy together. The walk is sponsored by New Milford Medical Group Wellness Center and the New Milford VNA & Hospice.
